everything was great, incredible staff, fantastic location next to the main gondola, the slope and cafes. had absolutely fantastic room with balcony and wake-up service was available in it. thoroughly enjoyed the location near west terminal busstation.

The Fahrner family spoiled me with food, sauna, and stunning mountain views. I had plenty of alone time or family fun. Free WiFi, regional cuisine, and easy access to cable cars.

Oh, and let's not forget the rude staff and the lovely scent of smoke in my non-smoking room. Just delightful.

Although we had arranged for pickup from the train station via email, we had to take a taxi to the hotel as they didn't show up. , we had a few simple requests like printing an electronic ticket that they couldn't accommodate, but it wasn't a big deal.
